Metal Emblem Fabrication Needed

Hello,

I'm an animator, composer and actor working on a comedy rock super hero project and need to create an metal emblem or insignia on the front of a piece of body armor - here's a link to the sample image:

I would like to hire a techshop member to make a mold of the chest plate of the armor, then make a fitted black plastic tray in the shape of an "M" that sticks out from the chest plate about .5".

The bottom of the tray would follow along the shape of the chest plate, and the top would be straight.

Then I would like to make a beveled and polished "M" about .5" thick that would fit into the tray but stick out a bit.

Then the whole thing would have to be attached to the chest plate for a real clean and professional quality look
